F45 Singleton will be holding a charity day to raise money and awareness for breast cancer this Saturday.
Members will dress up in pink and many local businesses have helped contribute towards a raffle.
“We have been fortunate enough to be donated amazing prizes to raffle off to help fundraise for the National Breast Cancer Foundation,” F45 Singleton’s Aleesha Ryan explained.
“Nine Australians loose their life to breast cancer every day.”
Sponsors to have contributed to the raffle included J&T Bayley, Cervoz Cafe & Catering, The Central Bar & Kitchen, Indulgence Spa & Salon, JF Electrical & Fabrication, Arms & Ammo, Nutrition Warehouse, Isn’t it Lovely Events and F45 Singleton.
“Tiarne (my wife) had a pretty tough run a few years back losing both her parents in the same year to cancer,” Jye Bayley (J&T Bayley) explained.
“So we had been chatting about a way we could raise money.
“As a coincidence Aleesha from F45 asked us if we would be interested in donating a prize in her raffle so we decided to do a holiday giveaway.
“We have had lots of support with people buying tickets so hopefully we can raise a few grand by the end of the week.”
Shakey Joes will also be attending the day where they will be selling protein shakes, açai bowls and protein balls.
The raffle will be drawn at 8:30am on Saturday and will be live on F45 Singleton Facebook page.
Raffle tickets will be avilable to purchase at Cervo’s Cafe this week as well as the studio this Saturday from 6am – 8.00am.

MEANWHILE F45 Singleton is also participating in Movember.
“Our members will be growing Moes and walking/running 60km for the month of November to help raise awareness for the 60 men we loose every minute globally from suicide,” F45 Singleton’s Dan Malloy added.
