Sit Back and Relax at Singleton’s New Bites and Brew

Located in Singleton Square, Bites and Brew Café and Bar has quickly become a favourite for locals looking for a fresh and delicious meal.
The café and bar have been serving great food, paired with lovely coffee, wine and beer since their opening on December 15, 2021. After dropping by a few times for a meal over the past couple of months, we thought we would let our readers in on our favourite new lunch break venue.
Conveniently located inside the shopping centre, Bites and Brew is perfectly positioned to draw in shoppers passing by looking for a break and a bite to eat. Yet the café and bar’s thoughtful design provides for a comfortable escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy centre.
Drawing you in further is a stunning backdrop of artwork surrounded by the venue’s contemporary furnishings and bright, warm colours.
Owner Daman runs the café with locals and visitors alike in mind with something on the menu to delight everyone, even the pickiest of eaters.
During recent visits we’ve enjoyed the likes of Beef Nachos, Chicken Burgers and classics like Eggs Benny and French Toast. Most recently, I dropped by for a Salmon Avocado Wrap with smoked salmon, chive cream cheese, baby spinach, Spanish onion and avocado which I paired with a crisp The Ned Sauvignon Blanc.
I’ve never been disappointed with my experience at Bites and Brew and my recent visit was no different. The staff serve you with a warm smile and the food and beverages arrive quickly and beautifully presented.
Something that keeps me coming back is the variety on the menu, from wraps, burgers and salads to schnitzels, pancakes and sourdough melts. There’s also a great selection for the kids with options of cheeseburgers, fish and chips, pancakes, chicken nuggets, toasties and croissants.
For my next visit, I’m eyeing off the Hot Italian Beef Salad with scotch fillet strips, cos lettuce, sweet peppers, parmesan cheese, tomato, green capsicum drizzled with warm Italian dressing. Sounds delightful, doesn’t it?
Whether you’re taking a break from your grocery shopping, looking for a coffee stop with friends or even a nice place to take a client, Bites and Brew Café and Bar is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
