Motorists are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions next week on the Golden
Highway to carry out work near the New England Highway intersection, south east of
Singleton.
To reduce the impact on motorists, work will be carried out from 6pm to 5am starting
Tuesday 26 April. Work is expected to be completed in four nights, weather permitting.
During work hours, the Golden Highway will be closed and motorists will be detoured
via Range Road and the New England Highway.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead as the detour is expected to add up to 10 minutes
of extra travel time. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency services.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and
traffic control.
Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
