This morning at 01:48 Muswellbrook Fire and Rescue Pumper 392 was responded to a motor vehicle accident.
Whilst at station the call was upgraded to Persons Trapped.
On arrival crews found one car had made impact into a guard rail.
Crews made an assessment of the scene for fluids and NSW Ambulance was on scene and treating the driver.
Area was rendered safe and left in the hands of Hunter Valley Police District and Edinglassie Rural Fire Brigade.
