Cattle, poultry, horses, produce, woodwork, flowers, photography, artwork, baking, cake decorating, craft, woodchopping, tent pegging, post splitting, you name it and you will see it at Singleton Show.
Add to that working dog trials, lawnmower racing, whip cracking, the demolition derby and of course fireworks and you have yourself at Singleton Show 2023.
Sideshow Alley will be open from 10am to 10pm on Friday, September 22, and Saturday, September 23 where you will find loads of rides and activities for the kids as well as the fashionable showbags and typical show food of fairy floss and Pluto pups.
Free entertainment for the kids this year includes Old Macdonald’s Travelling Farm, My Pet Dinosaur and the WOW Reptiles Encounters and don’t forget the very popular CPR Kids Lolly run that will occupy centre ring at 5:50pm on Saturday.
Donn your best dressed and compete in the Fashions on the Field to be held at 2pm on Saturday.
The Australian Wife Carrying Titles will be held right in front of the grandstand at 4pm on Saturday and guarantees to bring out the belly laughter from those in the crowd.
At 5:30pm on Friday the show will be officially opened and Singleton Show Young Woman introduced to the crowd followed by the ever-popular junior and novice rodeo with the night capped off with live music from Katie Jayne and her band.
