The Singleton Bulls will return to the Hunter Junior Rugby Union Girls Sevens competition.
The Singleton Bulls will again be entering teams in the Girls under-13, under-15 and under-17 age groups.
The Summer Sevens competition is a Friday night competition that commences on the February 11 and includes six games with finals to be held on April 1.
“All girls are welcome to play and no previous rugby playing experience is required,” Singleton Bulls junior president Dave Page explained.
In addition to the games, NSW Waratah’s Rugby is holding a girls rugby day at Maitland Rugby Club on Sunday, January 30 from 9 to 11am.
The day will feature skills sessions, a Hunter Wildfires women’s game as well as NSW Waratahs women’s players being present to assist with the day.
The day is open to all girls who are under-18 who wish to try out rugby union.
