The Muswellbrook Eagles have secured the minor premiership.

A top of the table 3-0 win against Fletcher in the Interdistrict A/Age C competition on Saturday was added to the equally impressive 10-0 win against University in the previous round.

The ladder leader will play a catch-up match against the bottom of the table Tenambit Sharks on Saturday, August 20 at Beryl Humble Oval.

It made for a successful weekend as the Eagles players and supporters of all ages donned colourful socks in support of Where There’s A Will Round.

Where There’s a Will were able to present a ‘Players Player’ medal to a player from each team.

This medal was awarded to a player that displays energy, grit, love for the game, a true sportsperson through teamwork, fairness, compassion and inclusion.
