Maitland legend takes out Singleton title

BY ALEX TIGANI

Katrina Skinner-Oysen added another tournament title to her name.

The talented golfer took out the Singleton Ladies Open on Wednesday, August 3.

Skinner-Oysen, who scored two hole-in-ones in 2021, finished on 79 points. This was two clear of runner up Jodie Dunn from Singleton.

It brought an end to the streak set by Muswellbrooks’ winners Kim Robinson (2019) and Danae Royal (2021). No tournament took place in 2020 due to covid.

Singleton pair Helen Castledine and Dana Hudson took out the Division two and three crowns in a field of 48 participants.
