Announcements at Group 21 season launch
Players and officials from across the region gathered in Muswellbrook on Sunday afternoon for the Group 21 season launch.
Group 21 chairman Pete Holland has confirmed that six teams will be playing again in the first-grade competition while Murrurundi will be unable to compete in the reserve grade competition.
“We know how good Scone were taking out the Clayton Shield last year, undefeated going through,” Holland declared.
“Hopefully they will come back to the pack this year and we will see some good tight games of football.”
