Greater Northern Tigers defeat Knights and Bulldogs

A long list of Group 21 names guided the Greater Northern Tigers to glory at Coffs Harbour.
Participating in the NSW Rugby League Women’s Country Championships the Tigers’ under-17 line-up celebrated hard fought wins against Newcastle-Maitland and North Coast in the Lisa Fiola Cup.
The Tigers held off the Knights 16-14 while defeating the Bulldogs 24-10.
Unfortunately, they were unable to score in their remaining two games when going down to the Titans by 14 points and the Roosters by 36.
The line-up featured representatives from Singleton, Denman, Muswellbrook and Scone while talents from Group 21 club Greta Branxton are aligned with the Newcastle Maitland Knights.
