SINGLETON
Singleton’s Australia Day celebrations begin on Thursday, January 25 with Twilight event at Townhead Park featuring live music, roving performers, food trucks, slip and slide, jumping castles, obstacle course, face painting and more from 5.30-9.30pm.

- 8am – gold coin barbecue breakfast
- 9:30am – official ceremony begins
- 10am to 2pm – free pool entry at Singleton Swim and Gym
MUSWELLBROOK
Muswellbrook Indoor Sports Centre
- 8.30am – Smoking Ceremony, Uncle Glen Morris, Didgeridoo performance, Uncle Richie Lawnton. Rotary Club BBQ Breakfast and Coffee Van,
- 9am – Official Ceremony – Welcome to Country, Waagan Galga Dance Group, Muswellbrook Shire Concert Band, Australia Day Awards Presentation and Citizenship Ceremony
- 12 to 4pm free entry at Muswellbrook Aquatic Centre, DJ Papa Smurf & Co on the deck, giant inflatable, giveaways
- Free entry to Denman Aquatic Centre
UPPER HUNTER ACTIVITIES
The official ceremony for Scone, Aberdeen and Murrurundi Districts will be in Murrurundi this year beginning with a grand parade and markets from 9am, games, cricket match and free barbecue and live entertainment.
MURRURUNDI
- 10 am – Awards Ceremony at Wilson Memorial Park
- Free Pool Entry from Noon
SCONE
12noon – Free Pool Party at Scone Memorial Swimming Pool, free barbecue, DJ and jumping castle.
MERRIWA
- 10:30am to 1pm – Australia Day Ceremony at Merriwa Sports Club, free barbecue and lamingtons
- 2pm to 6pm – Free Entry to Merriwa Pool, barbecue, DJ, Obstacle Course and prizes.
