INTENTION TO GRANT LEASE OVER COUNCIL LAND | WATTLE PONDS ROAD, WATTLE PONDS
Community feedback is invited regarding Council’s proposal to lease a piece of Council-owned land at Wattle Ponds Road, Wattle Ponds for the purpose of a new mobile telecommunications facility.
After the submission period closes on 10 July 2026, Council will review all feedback before deciding whether to proceed with the lease.

Property: Lot 230 on DP 1120621, Wattle Ponds Road, Wattle Ponds
Lease term: 21 years
Proposed use: Install and operate a new mobile telecommunications facility. This includes a 40‑metre monopole tower and a small equipment shelter within a 10m x 10m area.
Proposed lessee: Amplitel Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Towers Business Operating Trust.
