The Singleton Sundowners CWA capped off a memorable first year with a well-attended trivia night on Saturday, October 29.

By the night’s end a total of $3500 was raised for the Singleton Neighbourhood Centre.

Prior to the evening the group had also participated in the Share the Dignity fundraiser, Bunnings BBQ, Craft night, Scone making, Beeswax wraps making, Christmas cards for Aged Care, pot luck, pub nights and International Women’s Day breakfast.

The Singleton branch has been recognised by the CWA’s Hunter River Group for increased membership numbers joining neighbours Branxton Greta (2010), Wingen Parkville (2011), Jerry’s Plains (2016) and Murrurundi (2020) in recent years.
