Singleton based Emotional Wellness Psychotherapist Tabatha Kattua has been announced as one of the guest speakers for this month’s Kick Fear afternoon to be held at Pokolbin.

The well-respected therapist recently won the Professional Services Award at the Hunter Business Awards for her business Sincereus Mindset Coaching after being a finalist at the Singleton Business Awards.

She will be speaking about NLP therapy (Neuro Linguist Programing) and on giving tools and techniques.

“I’m hoping there are some people that might even share their personal story at the conference,” she told The Hunter River Times.

“I deal with people on a daily basis who have waited too long to talk to a therapist and then realise when they get there that it is actually not as scary as they thought.

“Bringing the ability for people to reach out and get help, normalising it and helping to encourage people to know that they are not alone – that a large proportion of our society has challenges with their mental health on a daily basis.”

Tabatha loves the Kicking fear in the butt concept as it resonates with all of us.

Kick fear in the butt has partnered with Heart of the Hunter (Holistic health & fitness), to bring this unique community empowerment event on Tuesday, October 25.

This campaign is proudly supporting the five chosen charities that Kick fear in the butt has been raising awareness and funds for since June 2022; RUOK?, Gidget Foundation, Friend in me, Friends with dignity and Bears of Hope.
